Yeah it’s totally Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.

Rhaegar is seen as the villain throughout the whole series who started everything just like Darth Vader is the big bad guy through the whole (original) Star Wars movies. You would never expect someone like Lyanna to have loved him or that Rhaegar loved her because you always hear about how despicable he was and how innocent she was.
